What's coming next week:Thanks for helping to take PR to new places.
1. Newsrooms will be going live once PitchEngine is in full beta. This service will be available to try and will be offered as an upgrade to your free account.
What this means:
Building and creating social media releases will remain a free service. However, once created each SMR will expire after 30 days - unless you are subscribed to a newsroom. (Current active SMRs will have 30 days from beta launch next week.)
About Newsrooms:
If you have a need to archive your releases you can choose to subscribe to a custom newsroom. This will allow you to host all your releases and can be linked to from your corporate or client's website. Newsrooms will be able to be customized by font color, related links and social integration. Subscriptions will start at $600/year per brand, that's it!
2. You will begin to see the PitchFeed section evolve into a resource for your social media releases. Once we're in beta, each brand will be categorized by industry. This will allow media to search your releases by category and keyword. From there, they can subscribe to the Pitchfeed and eventually customize their content further.
